The unit was ready for our arrival and was super convenient to get to any location on the island. Amazing to have someone so close by to assist and we appreciated the quick responses to questions. Additionally, its great being so close to golf cart rentals!

Second time staying at the mermaid house for me and my family. Clean, comfortable and very close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend! We always feel comfortable and at home. Thanks again for the great stay!

It was perfect ! Celebrating a family wedding on the island and wouldn’t change a thing! Accommodated our family of 7 perfectly- thank you! So many personal touches as well and communication and location were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay on Gasparilla Island! The house is well located with a beautiful beach easily accessible, and lots of great walking and biking paths around. Also loved the playground close by for the kids. We would love to go back!

Superb communication with the hosts. Clean, tidy and well appointed. Unbeatable location downtown. No off street parking, but that was no issue. Free laundry with soap on-site. Bike/cart/board rental next door. I plan on staying here again. Highly recommended.

We come to the Key every year at Thanksgiving to stay and celebrate Thanksgiving. It is “home” for us, clean, comfortable and 40 steps from the beach.
You find yourself wishing you could stay additional days. They allow my dog to join us, with no pet fee.
Lisa, our host, makes dreams come true. She is professional, kind and willing to accommodate any need we may have.

We stayed here for a wedding at the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club. The location is perfect! One block from Gulf, in the middle of shops and restaurants. Clean, cute, easy to find, lots of outlets.

Great cottage extremely close to the beach with partial water views from the deck. Great location with comfortable amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to others.

We had such a great stay at Grande Flats! The location truly couldn’t be better! Right in the heart of Boca Grande, making it super easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
The space was bright and well-kept, the beds were comfortable, and check-in was seamless. Parking was easy, and the whole area felt very safe and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for convenience and a laid-back island vibe.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Grande Flats to anyone visiting Boca Grande!

This was our 3rd stay in the last 3 years, Duane and Darlene's property on Manasota Key is well kept, up to date and comfortable. Easily accessible to the beach, and we enjoyed the views from the upstairs sitting area where we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lisa was very attentive to any needs/questions that we have had during our stay. We plan to come back to the Mermaid House.
