The place was beautiful!! The view from the porch and quiet street was priceless! The house was cute and decorative inside and very comfortable! Duane and Darlene were very responsive and quick to reply! So close to the beach, restaurants and shops we didn’t need to leave the area! With the ease of instacart and Walmart delivery we spent more time on the beach then grocery shopping. We drove from Maryland so my son had all of his fishing gear and enjoyed fishing on the bay and gulf. Lots of shells to be found and watersports around to enjoy. The only thing I wished they had were bikes because the rentals were gone when we tried to rent them. So if you are driving and have a rack bring some bikes.

Right in the middle of Boca and cart rental outside your door! We were greeted with a bottle of wine in the fridge and a clean room. So nice to be able to find less than a week requirement, too!

My son and I went down to Boca Grande for his Spring Break. The unit was really clean, nice, comfy. It's in my favorite part of town as well. I would recommend this for anyone coming to BG for a quick stay.

Our stay was absolutely exquisite. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The location is truly unbeatable, everything is just a 4–6 minute walk away. We originally thought we’d need to rent bikes or a golf cart, but honestly, you don’t need to. It’s all so conveniently close, and the walk itself is beautiful. The area is incredibly charming, everyone is so kind, and the restaurants and local shops are wonderful. And the beach… just breathtaking. It’s the most beautiful beach I’ve seen in Florida, honestly, it reminded me so much of the Bahamas. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The AC worked perfectly, and everything we needed was there. It truly felt like a hidden gem. I’ve already shared the listing with so many friends because it’s absolutely worth it. I highly recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat.

This Flat was the perfect spot for us to walk everywhere and join others who were staying at Gasparilla Inn. Scarpa's Italian restaurant is 20 steps away and had great food. The Flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and left us a chilled bottle of wine. We would stay there again.

The loft was absolutely perfect for my husband and I! We had a great time in Boca Grande and a lot of that was due to being right in the middle of everything in the historical district. We loved sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee, and watching the people walking by. It was so nice to be able to walk to the lighthouse, the beach, the shops, or the amazing food options. We enjoyed it so much that we booked our trip for next year before we even got home.

We love staying at these apartments! They are in a fantastic location right in the heart of town. The apartment is perfectly appointed and stylish. We always say if we had a rental we would duplicate this layout as it works perfectly for a small family trip. Only hiccup I could mention is that parking can get tricky… but that is true everywhere in town. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

This is our second time staying at the beautiful grande flats and we loved every minute of it Such a comfortable apartment, so Will located, Lise was a great and accommodating Host, great location, walking distance to everything and plenty of room to stretch out, will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Duane & Darlene’s apartment in Boca Grande. The location was perfect so walkable to everything, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing to drive. The beds were very comfortable, and the space worked great for our family with plenty of room to relax. Everything felt welcoming and well thought out. We would definitely stay here again!
