Great Property! Location was perfect for us as we had our boat at Uncle Henry's Marina which is a quick 3 minute drive. Loved being able to walk right across the street to the peaceful, less busy part of the beach. House was perfect for our group of 5!

Great spot for a weekend trip to Boca Grande. Close distance to all of the local restraints and bars. Upon arrival everything was very clean, organized and the host was very attentive to answering any questions during our stay. Be aware that there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the loft, but this was not an issue for us. We will definitely be booking a stay here again!

Location, location, location. Old Florida charm throughout Boca Grande with wonderful shops, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance. Gasparilla Adventures is on premises so if you fancy traveling via golf cart, this is a great place to park your car and explore the island. We went there to fish for Tarpon which we were successful but the location was perfect for accessing all types of world class fishing , great restaurants, and beaches off the beaten path.

The condo was exactly what we needed and where we wanted to be located, right in the heart of Boca Grande. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. We were two guys who were down for tarpon fishing and we ate at Temptations every night...141 steps from the condo. It was perfect.

This is a great little apartment in the center of town. That is a major issue if you are going to Gasparilla, you want to be walking distance to everything. The place is quiet, newly refurbished, clean, attractive. The only thing I wanted was softer pillows, but that is my preference, not everyone’s. King bed and twins in other room. Plenty of towels. Really no negatives. We would stay there again, and would recommend it to you.

What an enjoyable stay! Located in downtown- stroll through the shops, grab lunch or a coffee. We were there to go tarpon fishing- everything we needed to relax after being out on the water, get a good nights rest and repeat. Unit was clean, host was very responsive, parking permit given and being able to do laundry was a plus. Will definitely be coming back.

I come to Boca Grande a couple of times a year and have stayed here multiple times. It’s always very clean and centrally located—easy walk to beach and restaurants are right out the front door.

Always a great stay at this unit. We always stay here when we come down for tarpon fishing and you can't beat it. We look forward to it every year!
