I come to Boca Grande a couple of times a year and have stayed here multiple times. It’s always very clean and centrally located—easy walk to beach and restaurants are right out the front door.

Loved staying at this flat! It is right in the middle of everything. We stayed for the Phosphate Conference and used the discount code to get a golf cart that was literally right next door to the flat which was very convenient. Such a beautiful area with great places to have dinner and some drinks. I would highly recommend staying here!

Lisa’s place is great. Comfortable bed, really hot water and good pressure. Lovely bottle of wine and chilled glasses waiting for us on arrival. Right downtown so proximity everything but still quiet at night (it is Boca Grande after all). One point to be aware of: the fridge is really a wine fridge so less space inside than a standard hotel mini-fridge. But you can probably take out the “bottle holder” wire shelf and get more space should you need it. Fantastic stay!!

We were on the Island for a wedding at Gasparilla Inn, this place was a less expensive option to staying at the Inn, however it was extremely convenient location for being able to walk to any wedding function we needed to get to! Very pleased with the location and the experience.

Met my expectations for a resort quality vacation place. Clean. Beach-type decor without being cheesy. Would have liked to at least drop off our luggage before the 4 pm check in time but it worked out anyway. Seamless registration, check-out, etc.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is even better in person, very clean, and perfectly located for enjoying Englewood Beach. The hosts were exceptional. Communication was easy and timely, and everything felt thoughtful and well prepared. It was an effortless, relaxing experience from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is the fourth year my two sisters, niece and I have stayed at the Mermaid House. Love our girl trip tradition! Hosts are responsive and friendly, place is always clean and the view is lovely. (We can see the ocean from our perches on the balcony.) The street is charming and neighbors are really nice. The private beach is so peaceful! Each year we make new discoveries so while the place is the same, our experiences are a little different. So happy we discovered the Mermaid House!

This was the perfect place for our frends' trip to Boca Grande. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything needed for our stay. Our hosts were great about communicating before and during our trip to make sure we had the information we needed and we were happy during our stay. The apartment was located in the center of the charming little town so we were able to walk to the cute shops and get anything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone travelling to Boca Grande.

Accommodations exceeded our expectations! Layout is such that each bedroom has a private outdoor space + another outdoor space off the kitchen! Darlene and Duane shared some great recommendations in advance, including how to get a golf cart which was a must when visiting the island. Thank you!
