We had a wonderful stay at Duane & Darlene’s apartment in Boca Grande. The location was perfect so walkable to everything, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing to drive. The beds were very comfortable, and the space worked great for our family with plenty of room to relax. Everything felt welcoming and well thought out. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year renting at Grande Flats and it is a lovely location, very comfortable apartments, easy check-in, lots of space and great amenities, like large refrigerator and laundry room downstairs, centrally located in beautiful Boca grande We will definitely return!

This property on Boca Grande Island was pristine, peaceful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to come back here again. The island is gorgeous with plenty of things to do, especially if you like to bike ride. Duane had a fast response to the one question I had.

This was our first time on Gasparilla Island. It is absolutely gorgeous and did not disappoint. I really wanted to stay in the heart of Boca Grande, so happy we chose The Flats! Lisa was a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions we had. The space was super clean and had everything we needed. It was only the two of us, but it would also be perfect for a small family. It has a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms. Being within walking distance to Hudson's Grocery and local restaurants, as well as being close to the beautiful beaches, is definitely a major plus. There is also a Publix off-island. We will definitely be back and would choose The Flats again. 100% recommend :) Thank you Lisa!

Duane and Darlene’s house was very comfortable for our family of five. We enjoyed the pool, beach, fitness center and tennis courts. We found the club attendants to be very accommodating and were impressed by the food.

The Loft is wonderful to stay in! Extremely clean and fully equipped for the most decerning of guests. Location is great too! 2 blocks from the beach! Walkable to almost every event, restaurant, golf , church, community center and more. We rented a cart and had so much fun getting around the island. The circular staircase was easy to climb even for us, at 81 year old and myself at 75. Thank you for the most pleasant visit to Boca Grande.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a good location and perfect for a couple going out for most meals. We had a really nice stay and enjoyed the accommodations and would recommend the rental.

Great location next to everything in town. Nice space. Very clean. Kitchen was large and well-appointed. The only caution would be the spiral staircase, which might be an issue for those with mobility problems. This was stated in the description. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The unit was ready for our arrival and was super convenient to get to any location on the island. Amazing to have someone so close by to assist and we appreciated the quick responses to questions. Additionally, its great being so close to golf cart rentals!
