We made it through Milton and Helene and are ready to host you! A great, second-floor, 2-bedroom, one bath flat in the heart of historic Boca Grande on the gorgeous Gasparilla Island. Across the street from The Temp Restaurant and down the block from Hudson's Market. Going to the beach, no worries; it is just down the road. Just a 3-minute walk to the Gasparilla Inn. To say that our Grande Flats flat and Boca Grande/Gasparilla stay was perfect is an understatement. To be just a couple of short blocks, or golf cart ride, from the gorgeous Gulf was such a treat! We loved exploring the restaurants and really enjoyed our dinner & drinks at The Temp, lunch at Key Lime & pizza at Sisters. We also loved doing some shopping at the cute shops & local grocery store. Everyone was so friendly. Also fantastic wine selection at the local wine & liquor shop which was impressive to this Napa Valley native. Darlene, Duane & Lisa have thought of everything and we were so comfortable our entire trip - being met with relaxing music & a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge was just the warmest arrival! The arrival instructions provided all of the info we needed to have a perfect getaway. We felt fortunate to have found this idyllic location & great accomodation. Thank you all for such a memorable getaway! We can’t wait to return & tell others abt this slice of heaven!

Third Time's a Charm at Boca Grande Flats! I spent Father’s Day weekend at Boca Grande Flats, and it was nothing short of amazing! Conveniently located downtown, this Airbnb had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The Highlights: - Immaculately clean and cooled studio - Super comfortable beds for a good night's sleep - Pristine bathroom; you can tell a lot of care went into maintaining it! Boca Grande is one of our favorite destinations, and this is my third stay here! You won't regret choosing this spot for your next trip. Can’t wait to come back! Erika Myers

A great location on Gasparilla Island. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Unit was clean and tidy and was exactly what we needed for our stay on the island. It is also very convenient that you can rent a bike or golf cart right next door to the apartment. Lisa was very helpful and responsive. We will be back.

We stayed here for a wedding at the Gaspirilla Inn and it was so close that we could walk. We opted to rent a golf car, but that was mostly for entertainment. Everything is so easy to access from the airbnb. The place is very quaint with 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The space if maximimized and perfect for 4 people. We enjoyed our first visit to Boca Grande and so glad we found Lisa's place to rent.

An important part of Boca Grande is the golf cart and bike culture. Once on island, most guests park their cars and spend the week exploring by golf cart and bike.
