Perfect flat in a perfect location. From booking to checking out communication was great. The flat was just as described, nice and clean and was very well kitted out with everything we might need. It was nice to have a washer in the building to rinse all our salty swim suits after a day of boating. Throughly enjoyed our stay in Boca Grande.

This was our second mom/daughter vacation at Grande Flats-- it's an extremely well located, very thoughtfully appointed apartment. Close to the beaches, shops, restaurants. Everything we needed to make meals/coffee/tea, plus beach chairs and umbrellas, and bikes to rent next door. Lovely.
