Located across the street from The Temp Rest. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Please note: there is a small fridge and coffee maker in this flat, but no other cooking facilities. Rent our place through Air BnB and receive a 10% discount on golf cart and bike rentals.

This is located right in the downtown area, yet quiet and a bit secluded. The room was larger than I had anticipated. The private outdoor sitting area was such an added bonus. We loved all the plants and outdoor planters and small decorations . Our hosts were very responsive and contacted us a few times to make sure everything was good and offered suggestions on restaurants, shops and things to do. The beach is 2 blocks away and an easy walk. Restaurants and shopping are all within walkable distances. We hadn't been to Boca Grande in many years and were so happy to be back and see it has retained its charm. We would definitely stay in the flats again.

We needed a nice, comfortable place to stay for a 48 hour visit to Boca Grande. This place was perfect. It was fresh, perfectly located and very reasonably priced for Boca Grande. We have already booked again for our next visit. You can rent a golf cart right next door and our host was nearby and could not have been nicer.

Find us

An important part of Boca Grande is the golf cart and bike culture. Once on island, most guests park their cars and spend the week exploring by golf cart and bike.
