We made it through Milton and Helene and are ready to host you! A great, second floor, 2 bedroom, one bath flat in the heart of historic Boca Grande on the gorgeous Gasparilla Island. Across the street from The Temp Restaurant, and down the block from Hudson's Market. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Just a 3 minute walk to the Gasparilla Inn. Guests receive a 10% discount on golf cart and bike rentals through Gasparilla Adventures.

This was our first time on Gasparilla Island. It is absolutely gorgeous and did not disappoint. I really wanted to stay in the heart of Boca Grande, so happy we chose The Flats! Lisa was a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions we had. The space was super clean and had everything we needed. It was only the two of us, but it would also be perfect for a small family. It has a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms. Being within walking distance to Hudson's Grocery and local restaurants, as well as being close to the beautiful beaches, is definitely a major plus. There is also a Publix off-island. We will definitely be back and would choose The Flats again. 100% recommend :) Thank you Lisa!

We stayed here while we were in town for a few wedding. A few of our friends stayed in the other units in the same building and everyone had a great stay. The place was perfect for us, clean, comfy and a short walk or golf cart ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Lisa was also a great host! She made us feel right at home. Would stay again next time we’re in Boca Grande!

Find us

An important part of Boca Grande is the golf cart and bike culture. Once on island, most guests park their cars and spend the week exploring by golf cart and bike.
