Across the street from The Temp Restaurant, and down the block from Hudson's Market. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Just a 3 minute walk to the Gasparilla Inn. The Grande Flats NEVER disappoints. We come to BG oftentimes throughout the year, and for our weekend stays, BG Flats is the best. Lisa is a fabulous property manager and the two owners are so kind. The staff at the rental shop they run are all kind and funny. You will not regret staying here.

The location is absolutely perfect. We were there for a weekend visit with friends so the place worked great. The AC unit is very loud so that would be my only “negative” but otherwise the stay was great for this quick trip. Easy to check in/out. Lisa was easy to contact.

Find us

An important part of Boca Grande is the golf cart and bike culture. Once on island, most guests park their cars and spend the week exploring by golf cart and bike.
