We made it through Milton and Helene and are ready to host you! A great, second floor, 2 bedroom, one bath flat in the heart of historic Boca Grande on the gorgeous Gasparilla Island. Across the street from The Temp Restaurant, and down the block from Hudson's Market. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Just a 3 minute walk to the Gasparilla Inn. i really enjoyed my stay. The flat was super clean and had everything you need for a stay. It was quiet in the evening which is very important for me. Every morning was a short walk to the beach (I promised shells for 7 children) . I really liked walking to the beach and having coffee afterwards. It is very peaceful there. I do highly recommend that Miss Lisa get a huge pay raise. She is a delight and she really is not replaceable. She works very hard and makes sure everything flows well for the guests. Thank you and double thank you to Lisa.

The Grande Flats NEVER disappoints. We come to BG oftentimes throughout the year, and for our weekend stays, BG Flats is the best. Lisa is a fabulous property manager and the two owners are so kind. The staff at the rental shop they run are all kind and funny. You will not regret staying here.

Find us

An important part of Boca Grande is the golf cart and bike culture. Once on island, most guests park their cars and spend the week exploring by golf cart and bike.
