We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon! Everything was so welcoming down to the nice cold bottle of wine in the fridge! We appreciated all the nice touches and it was a great location. Nice to see Manasota Key recovering from the storms and Wilhelm street is very cute and most homes on this street were in great shape.

We had a great time staying at mermaid house for almost two weeks. (One adult and two teenagers.) it was our 4th trip to Manasota key and unfortunately our previous rental had been demolished due to the hurricanes last year so we were super excited to find Duane and Darlene’s place. The updated bathrooms, Nice furnishings, great location close to the beach, washer and dryer super handy to do laundry were exactly what we needed. We had an issue with a leaky dishwasher and Lisa their local property manager responded quickly and had someone out the next morning to do repairs. There is a lot of construction and landscaping going on in the area as part of hurricane recovery. It did not interfere or bother us at all just relaxing and spending time on the beach. Great place!
