Great space and location in town. Lovely decor and nice to have the chairs on the deck. Not a busy time of year so the street parking was fine. Perfect for a late fall get away!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Boca Grande Flats – A Perfect Island Escape! We love staying at the Boca Grande Flats! The location is unbeatable — just steps from downtown and a quick walk or bike ride to the beautiful beaches. We stayed in Unit #4, a spacious two-bedroom with a full kitchen, which was perfect for us. The layout gave us plenty of room to relax, work, and play. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, and the vibe of the space made it feel like a true home away from home. We can’t say enough about the comfort and convenience of this spot — already looking forward to booking our next stay! Erika Myers

The flat is centrally located, it’s an easy walk around the town and to restaurants. Plus there is a golf cart rental right next to it. I have stayed here twice and am looking to come back soon.

We were here in late October for a wedding. We were so pleased with The Loft ~ very clean, airy, and well decorated. Our hosts were so kind to include starters of everything, including a bottle of wine! The location was within walking distance of bakeries, restaurants and little shops. We did hear some merrymaking from revelers at the bar across the street as we were drifting off to sleep, but it didn't bother us. Lisa from the bike/golf cart rental shop downstairs greeted us on arrival - she was so nice and helpful with recommendations. We opted to rent bikes (they have 10 speeds and beach cruisers) rather than a golf cart to explore the island and loved it. From The Loft we rode out to the causeway, then back all the way to the southern tip of the island where we had a fantastic beachfront lunch at South Beach Bar & Grill - highly recommend. After that we took a dip at the beach before pedaling back to our rental. Duane and Darlene were very friendly and immediately responsive!

We had the most wonderful stay at Lisa’s place in beautiful Boca Grande! The location couldn’t be better, golf cart and bike rentals right out front, plenty of easy street parking for your car, and just a short 10-minute (or less) walk to the beach, restaurants, and lounges. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Every detail was so well considered, making it feel effortless and relaxing from start to finish. Truly a fabulous stay, we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here while we were in town for a few wedding. A few of our friends stayed in the other units in the same building and everyone had a great stay. The place was perfect for us, clean, comfy and a short walk or golf cart ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Lisa was also a great host! She made us feel right at home. Would stay again next time we’re in Boca Grande!

We had such a wonderful stay! It couldn’t have been more perfect. Right in the center of town with wonderful restaurants and easy access to the beach. All kinds of amenities, including really nice beach, chairs and umbrella that we’re at our disposal. Beds were super comfortable, I have nothing but good things to say. Definitely well worth the visit. You will have a wonderful time!

This unit at The Grande Flats was perfect! My husband and I stayed a couple of nights. We were able to walk to several restaurants, and public beach access is just around the corner. It was really convenient to rent a golf cart on-site as well. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed (mini fridge, soaps, beach towels, etc.). It is the size of a hotel room, which is mentioned in the description. It was perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again!
