Great stay! Highly recommend for girls’ trip or small family. Everything was adorable. The only downside was the bathroom. It wasn’t quite private enough or sound proof for us. Will definitely rent again but will bring a white noise machine to block noise. Actual doors on the bathroom would be a nice addition to block out light and noise. Neither is a deterrent, just renters’ viewpoint. Love our stay! Such a fun spot to get a little R&R❤️!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid House. This home is perfectly located; a few steps to the beach and a short walk of bike ride to local hangouts. The home was pristine upon our arrival and the view from the front porch sets the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. We definitely will be back.

Great place and location! First time to Boca grande and it lived up to expectations. Flats was spectacularly clean and conveniently laid out . Had all we needed for a great stay . Thanks Lisa !!

I was at the Mermaid house with my family last weekend. Everybody was talking about the beautiful house and amazing location close to the beach. The beds and furniture are so comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I was in love with the house. Thank you so much Duane and Darlene.

I fell in love with the island as a teenager, the last time I was on the island was such a hard time and I found my peace again there. Boca holds a special place for me. Now as an adult with two tiny half adults I got to take them to one of my most favorite places . And let me tell you we were not disappointed. A flat is a hidden gem right near the beach , golf cart rides around the island, and the pink pony right around the corner!! The tiny humans are already asking to go back 💙

Duane and Darlene’s house at the beach was everything I expected and more. Literally steps from the beach, peaceful and quiet. Linens and towels were hotel quality. Loved the porch!!!!. We were even allowed late check out which was amazing! We could take advantage of the beach once more before leaving! We would love to go back!

Great location. Loved the place. Small, compact but location made up for it! Had some trouble with keypad but easily remedied. Lisa was available and helpful. We will return to the area but may need more space next time!

The Grande Flats NEVER disappoints. We come to BG oftentimes throughout the year, and for our weekend stays, BG Flats is the best. Lisa is a fabulous property manager and the two owners are so kind. The staff at the rental shop they run are all kind and funny. You will not regret staying here.

This was the perfect location! Great room walkable to restaurants extremely close to the beach had everything that you need. Very responsive hosts checked in answered questions gave recommendations wonderful spot! I highly recommend this location! We will definitely be back!
