Grande Flats

To say that our Grande Flats flat and Boca Grande/Gasparilla stay was perfect is an understatement. To be just a couple of short blocks, or golf cart ride, from the gorgeous Gulf was such a treat! We loved exploring the restaurants and really enjoyed our dinner & drinks at The Temp, lunch at Key Lime & pizza at Sisters. We also loved doing some shopping at the cute shops & local grocery store. Everyone was so friendly. Also fantastic wine selection at the local wine & liquor shop which was impressive to this Napa Valley native. Darlene, Duane & Lisa have thought of everything and we were so comfortable our entire trip - being met with relaxing music & a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge was just the warmest arrival! The arrival instructions provided all of the info we needed to have a perfect getaway. We felt fortunate to have found this idyllic location & great accomodation. Thank you all for such a memorable getaway! We can’t wait to return & tell others abt this slice of heaven!

We really enjoyed our stay. Boca Grande is known as "old Florida," and the apartment has a rustic feel with lots of wood. The kitchen though, is fully updated and has everything a guest might want. The hosts are proactive and communicate everything you need to know before arrival. Overall, a great place to stay.

The location is absolutely perfect. We were there for a weekend visit with friends so the place worked great. The AC unit is very loud so that would be my only “negative” but otherwise the stay was great for this quick trip. Easy to check in/out. Lisa was easy to contact.

We were in town for a wedding at the Inn, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient! The room was also great and had a spacious bathroom to accommodate multiple people getting ready. Would definitely book again!

Incredible experience! The place is lovely and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Lisa was very proactive and helpful. In a great spot—near lots of restaurants but the room itself was very quiet.

An outstanding 2 bed apartment close to restaurants and beach. The location is fantastic and the apartment is clean and modern. They provided a welcome bottle of wine as well. There was excellent communication from the host and we really enjoyed our time. Thank you

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Fantastic location, golf cart rental was super easy, check in was smooth, stay was perfect and we'll definitely come back and stay here in the future!

My go to spot for short stays on BG, been staying here the past few years. They’ve made some upgrades after all the storm damage. Thanks for having me once again

The Grande Flat was an amazing place to stay for a long weekend in Boca Grande. We were centrally located in the middle of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this place. It was super cute and clean. It even had a nice outdoor space.

Perfect location (in town and short walk to beach), very clean, and cool new updates to this unit. Lisa was available for any questions. We will definitely stay here again soon!
