I was at the Mermaid house with my family last weekend. Everybody was talking about the beautiful house and amazing location close to the beach. The beds and furniture are so comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I was in love with the house. Thank you so much Duane and Darlene.

I fell in love with the island as a teenager, the last time I was on the island was such a hard time and I found my peace again there. Boca holds a special place for me. Now as an adult with two tiny half adults I got to take them to one of my most favorite places . And let me tell you we were not disappointed. A flat is a hidden gem right near the beach , golf cart rides around the island, and the pink pony right around the corner!! The tiny humans are already asking to go back đź’™

Duane and Darlene’s house at the beach was everything I expected and more. Literally steps from the beach, peaceful and quiet. Linens and towels were hotel quality. Loved the porch!!!!. We were even allowed late check out which was amazing! We could take advantage of the beach once more before leaving! We would love to go back!

Had some trouble with keypad but easily remedied. Lisa was available and helpful.

The Grande Flats NEVER disappoints. We come to BG oftentimes throughout the year, and for our weekend stays, BG Flats is the best. Lisa is a fabulous property manager and the two owners are so kind. The staff at the rental shop they run are all kind and funny. You will not regret staying here.

This was the perfect location! Great room walkable to restaurants extremely close to the beach had everything that you need. Very responsive hosts checked in answered questions gave recommendations wonderful spot! I highly recommend this location! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a super close walk to the beach, which is beautiful. Flat was clean and just as described. Super close to boutiques and restaurants. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for the great stay!!!

We have stayed at the property a handful of times and each and every time we have been more than satisfied!! The location can’t be beat and the property itself is always spotless! The host always response quickly and allowed us to check in a little early when our travels got us to the area sooner than we expected! I would highly recommend booking a stay!!!

To say that our Grande Flats flat and Boca Grande/Gasparilla stay was perfect is an understatement. To be just a couple of short blocks, or golf cart ride, from the gorgeous Gulf was such a treat! We loved exploring the restaurants and really enjoyed our dinner & drinks at The Temp, lunch at Key Lime & pizza at Sisters. We also loved doing some shopping at the cute shops & local grocery store. Everyone was so friendly. Also fantastic wine selection at the local wine & liquor shop which was impressive to this Napa Valley native. Darlene, Duane & Lisa have thought of everything and we were so comfortable our entire trip - being met with relaxing music & a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge was just the warmest arrival! The arrival instructions provided all of the info we needed to have a perfect getaway. We felt fortunate to have found this idyllic location & great accomodation. Thank you all for such a memorable getaway! We can’t wait to return & tell others abt this slice of heaven!
